Predictive Maintenance uses diagnostic tools to monitor and analyze machinery condition. This knowledge allows the maintenance organization to act rather than react. Emprise can provide any level of Oil Analysis services desired, from basic wear particle analysis to a full spectrographic analysis. Oil analysis results can be included with reports provided by other predictive maintenance services or downloaded electronically.

Emprise Corporation provides both machinery and structural vibration analysis services. These services range from a one-time analysis of a problem machine or structure to full-service vibration analysis based predictive maintenance programs. Emprise Corporation understands what is required to establish and maintain a successful vibration analysis program.

Emprise Corporation also offers full in-place dynamic balancing services. Emprise staff will come to a customer's facility, collect the appropriate vibration data to assess the source of the problem and, if warranted, provide on-site balancing to within guidelines established by the International Standards Organization (ISO).

Emprise Corporation provides Electrical Thermography Services. A periodic thermographic survey has been proven to minimize the chance of electrical failure and/or fire; and may even reduce fire insurance premiums, because insurance providers recognize the value of these services. Emprise Thermographers are certified to American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) and ISO standards and are recognized as External Specialists by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
