Emprise JavaScript Charts v1.1 Available

Emprise Corporation is pleased to announce the v1.1 release of released our Emprise JavaScript Charts library. This minor release includes a number of requested feature additions, new series types and bug fixes.

Some of the highlights in this release:

• New series type: AnalogGaugeSeries.
• Updated TrendSeries to include Logarithmic and Exponential trends.
• Support for local access in Internet Explorer (i.e. from CD/DVD or harddrive.)
• Staggered X-Axis labels and other axis configuration / styling properties.
• Public methods for zooming, working with x/y extremes and determining point coordinates.
• Much improved support and rendering in Opera.
• Several IE leaks found and fixed.
• New BarSeries functionality including individually colored bars, grouped/overlayed options, spacing and range-based coloring.
• Updated XMLDataHandler and CSVFileDataHandler to support POST requests as well as pre-populated XMLHttpRequest objects.
• New examples to illustrate property additions and changes.
• Chart.Remove() function which cleanly removes a single chart from the page.
